OUR SHIPPING PROMISE

At Kid Home, we want every order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. We ship all across Pakistan using trusted courier services and handle every package with care — because we know how excited little ones get waiting for their new books!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak seasons (Eid, school season, special promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.

• You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once it is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver to all locations across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote location access. Public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping offers will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the assigned courier.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team right away.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. Please note the following:

• COD orders require a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team before dispatch.

• If we are unable to reach you for confirmation within 24 hours, your order may be put on hold or cancelled.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

• Repeated refusals or undelivered COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases from your account.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• For lost orders, contact us once the maximum estimated delivery period has passed.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Kid Home is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Kid Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

• An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

• The recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

• Refusal to accept the delivery.

Any re-delivery or return shipping charges arising from the above will be borne by the customer.

Safe & Secure Packaging

All our books and educational materials are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We use protective inner packaging for books, sturdy outer boxes for larger or multi-item orders, and tamper-evident sealing on all parcels.
